.NET Tech Lead / Full-stack Developer (.NET + Angular)

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead / Senior Full-stack .NET Developer to join an existing engineering team and help strengthen technical ownership, delivery clarity, and client communication.

This role is for someone who enjoys staying close to the code, but also wants to influence technical decisions, guide other developers, improve engineering standards, and act as a reliable technical point of contact.

What You’ll Do

Hands-on Development: Build and improve backend and frontend parts of the system using .NET / C# and Angular.

Technical Leadership: Take ownership of technical decisions, code quality, implementation approaches, and engineering standards.

Team Coordination: Support planning, estimation, task decomposition, code reviews, and technical alignment within the team.

Architecture: Participate in system design, distributed architecture, integrations, scalability, and maintainability improvements.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Work with cloud environments, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-related tasks.

Client Communication: Communicate directly with the client on technical topics, clarify requirements, explain risks, and propose solutions.

Mentoring & Support: Help developers of different seniority levels through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and practical support.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C#
• Practical experience with Angular
• Experience with APIs, integrations, backend services, and complex business logic
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, maintainability, and technical trade-offs
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure and/or AWS
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and modern development workflows
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or in a role with similar technical responsibility
• English B2+ for direct communication with international clients
• Ownership mindset: ability to take responsibility for technical decisions, delivery risks, and the final result

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation
• Experience with retail, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, pricing systems, or internal enterprise systems
• Experience working in outsourcing / outstaffing or another client-facing environment
• Experience mentoring developers or coordinating a small engineering team
