We are Ukrainian miltech company that develops and manufactures robotic systems for military use.
We’re scaling up rapidly, growing, and building strong teams, so currently looking for a recruiter who wants to be more than just “someone who fills open positions” -  a true business partner who can help shape the team that creates technology to defend our country will be warmly welcomed.
For us, recruiting is about speed, top talent, challenging tasks, and having a real impact on the business. We’re currently looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter to strengthen our team and take on the full recruitment cycle for technical and hardware talent.


What you will do:

  • The full recruitment cycle: from communicating with hiring managers and defining job profiles to onboarding candidates (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Offer).
  • Working with a wide range of technical roles: actively searching for and attracting engineers (mechanical, electronics, embedded systems, and design engineers) and IT specialists at various levels (from developers to management positions).
  • Direct Sourcing: reaching out to passive candidates via LinkedIn, DOU, GitHub, Djinni, industry-specific communities, and alternative recruitment channels.
  • Alignment with the business: Close collaboration with R&D and technical department leaders to gain a precise understanding of selection criteria.
  • Candidate support: Providing high-quality feedback at every stage and fostering a positive candidate experience.

     

What is great to have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical, IT, or engineering positions.
  • Understanding of the differences between an embedded developer, a design engineer, and an electronics engineer (the ability to “speak the same language” as technical specialists).
  • Practical skills in using Boolean search (Boolean search, X-ray), automated sourcing, and ATS systems.
  • A high level of self-organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A systematic approach to managing the candidate database and analyzing your recruitment funnel.

    Experience working at IT product companies, in the MilTech sector, or in technology manufacturing will be a huge plus.
