2nd line Technical Support Engineer (offline)

Requirements:
— Previous experience as a 2nd line technical support (web-based products);
— Experience with Helpdesk systems and process;
— Understanding of LAMP technology stack and network concepts;
— Experience in writing system/user documentation;
— Upper-intermediate level of written English is a MUST;
— Good communication skills, problem solving skills, process orientation;
— Enjoying of getting to the root cause of problems;

Responsibilities:
— Providing high-quality technical support for the Product as a 2nd line support (foreign clients);
— Updating and managing Knowledge base and Product documentation;
— Taking ownership of technical issues and working close with development team to resolve them;

Will be a plus:
— Previous experience of supporting a web based product;
— Experience in payment card processing software;
— Experience with web development: HTML, JS, PHP and SQL.
