GTM Engineer

Requirements

• 2+ years in GTM engineering, growth automation, RevOps, or SDR ops
• Hands-on with Clay (or similar enrichment tools) and n8n / Make / Zapier
• Experience with cold-email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist) and deliverability basics
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data wrangling; basic Python/JS is a plus
• CRM administration experience (HubSpot or similar)

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+)

   

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end outbound pipelines: sourcing → enrichment → scoring → email + LinkedIn sequences
• Set up signal-based prospecting (funding, hiring, tech-stack triggers)
• Use LLMs to personalize outreach at scale
• Own deliverability, CRM data hygiene, and reporting (reply rates, meetings, pipeline)

• Experiment with copy, targeting, and channels; iterate on results

   

Nice to Have

• Selling services for an IT outsourcing agency
• LinkedIn automation (Expandi, HeyReach), web scraping (Apify)
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) for enrichment
