About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ethereum / Web3 Developer to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will delve deep into blockchain infrastructure, protocol design, and transaction mechanics. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining robust backend and Web3 systems that interact directly with the Ethereum ecosystem at a foundational level.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance Web3 backend systems and infrastructure.

Optimize transaction execution, manage mempool interactions, and implement MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) strategies.

Interface with blockchain nodes, validators, and builders to ensure seamless protocol operations.

Integrate and interact with complex DeFi protocols, ensuring deep technical alignment with smart contract logic.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, resilient, and secure blockchain solutions.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Web3/Blockchain: Strong, proven experience with Ethereum and Web3 technologies.

Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, including Transactions, Mempool mechanics, MEV, and the Validator/Builder pipeline.

DeFi Expertise: Hands-on experience working with DeFi protocols.

Backend Mastery: Exceptional backend engineering skills with a focus on performance, concurrency, and security.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

Trading Systems: Background in Algorithmic Trading, High-Frequency Trading (HFT), Crypto Trading, or Market Making.

Languages & Smart Contracts: Proficiency in Solidity (Smart Contracts), Rust, Go, or C++.

MEV Ecosystem: Experience as a Block Builder or Searcher.

DeFi Specialization: Deep knowledge of Lending Protocols and DeFi Risk Systems.
