Web3 Backend Developer (EVM / Solidity)

We are building a talent pool of Web3 Backend Developers with EVM expertise for upcoming outstaff projects with international clients 🚀.
 

This is part of our candidate pipeline — there is no specific project at the moment, but once a suitable opportunity becomes available, you'll be matched based on your skills and experience.
 

We're looking for developers who work with Solidity and Node.js / NestJS, understand DeFi protocol logic, and can build reliable on-chain and off-chain infrastructure for EVM-based products.

 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Write, test, and deploy Solidity smart contracts (ERC-20, ERC-721, custom protocols)

🔹 Integrate and build on top of DeFi protocols: Uniswap, Aave, Lido, Chainlink

🔹 Use OpenZeppelin standards and secure contract patterns

🔹 Build off-chain backend services using Node.js / NestJS

🔹 Interact with contracts via ethers.js or viem

🔹 Use Hardhat or Foundry for development, testing, and deployment

🔹 Write unit and integration tests for smart contracts

🔹 Communicate directly with international clients in English

📋 Requirements

🔹 2+ years of commercial experience in Web3/EVM development

🔹 Solid hands-on experience with Solidity

🔹 Proficiency in Node.js / NestJS

🔹 Experience with ethers.js or viem

🔹 Familiarity with Hardhat or Foundry

🔹 Knowledge of DeFi protocols: Uniswap, Aave, Lido, Chainlink

🔹 Understanding of OpenZeppelin contract standards

🔹 English: B2+

🔹 Ability to work independently

🔹 Mainnet deployment experience with high-value contracts
