Blockchain Developer (Solana / Rust)

We are building a talent pool of Solana Developers for upcoming outstaff projects with international clients 🚀.
 

This is part of our candidate pipeline — there is no specific project at the moment, but once a suitable opportunity becomes available, you'll be matched based on your skills and experience.
 

We're looking for developers with hands-on Rust and Anchor experience who understand Solana's execution model and can build reliable on-chain programs and off-chain infrastructure for production systems.

 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design, develop, and maintain Solana programs using Rust and Anchor

🔹 Work with PDAs, CPI, authority and signer patterns

🔹 Implement proper account validation, ownership checks, and custom errors

🔹 Write TypeScript / Node.js off-chain integration scripts

🔹 Integrate with Solana DeFi protocols: Jupiter, Jito, and others

🔹 Write unit tests on localnet and integration scripts on devnet

🔹 Build off-chain services: WebSocket subscriptions, bots, background workers

🔹 Communicate directly with international clients in English

📋 Requirements

🔹 2+ years of commercial experience with Rust and Solana on-chain development

🔹 Confident use of the Anchor framework

🔹 Solid understanding of the SVM (Solana Virtual Machine) execution model

🔹 Experience with PDAs, CPI patterns, and account validation

🔹 Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript for off-chain tooling

🔹 Hands-on experience with solana-web3.js and SPL Token

🔹 English: B2+

🔹 Ability to work independently

🔹 Experience with Token-2022 (fees, metadata pointer, freeze authority)

🔹 Familiarity with Raydium AMM / CLMM or Meteora

🔹 Hands-on experience with Jupiter or Jito integrations

🔹 Security-aware development mindset

🔹 Prior experience deploying to Solana mainnet
