Web3 Frontend Developer (React / dApp)

We are building a talent pool of Web3 Frontend Developers for upcoming outstaff projects with international clients 🚀.
 

This is part of our candidate pipeline — there is no specific project at the moment, but once a suitable opportunity becomes available, you'll be matched based on your skills and experience.
 

We're looking for frontend developers who can build dApp interfaces for EVM and Solana products — from wallet connections and transaction flows to DeFi dashboards and protocol UIs.

 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
 

🔹 Build dApp interfaces using React / Next.js

🔹 Integrate wallets using wagmi, WalletConnect, and wallet adapter libraries

🔹 Work with viem / ethers.js for on-chain reads and writes (EVM)

🔹 Handle async blockchain state with React Query / TanStack Query

🔹 Manage application state using Redux or Zustand

🔹 Build intuitive, reliable UIs for DeFi, NFT, and protocol products

🔹 Collaborate closely with smart contract and backend developers

🔹 Communicate directly with international clients in English

 

📋 Requirements
 

🔹 2+ years of commercial experience with React / Next.js

🔹 Hands-on experience building dApp interfaces (wallet connect, on-chain data, transactions)

🔹 Solid knowledge of wagmi and WalletConnect integration

🔹 Proficiency with React Query / TanStack Query

🔹 Experience with Redux or Zustand

🔹 Understanding of EVM basics (transactions, gas, contract reads/writes)

🔹 Experience with real-time UI reactivity — seamless UI updates after on-chain actions (optimistic updates, event subscriptions, polling)

🔹 Basic understanding of the Solana ecosystem (accounts, transactions, wallet model)

🔹 English: B2+

🔹 Ability to work independently

🔹 Experience building Solana dApp interfaces (wallet adapter, on-chain reads, transaction flows)

🔹 Understanding of DeFi UX patterns (slippage, gas estimation, token approval flows)

🔹 Experience with TypeScript in large-scale production React codebases

🔹 Exposure to NFT marketplace or on-chain gaming UI
