Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably (but not necessarily) in gaming or iGaming. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau), and expertise in user behavior and product performance analysis. 

In this role, you will analyze key metrics. An important part of this role is building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, integrating data from MS SQL and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.   

Experience 

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics 
• Previous experience in a data-driven role within gaming, or a digital product environment is a plus. 

Required skills 

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools ( Power BI , Tableau). 
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets. 
• Practical understanding of unit economics ( GGR, NGR, ARPPU, LTV, cohort analysis)
• experience in analyzing product metrics and user behavior
• analytical thinking and the ability to formulate conclusions based on data

  Responsibilities  

• Build new and maintain existing dashboards and reports based on Power BI
• Automate unit economics and key product metrics in Power BI.
• Analyze user behavior, engagement, and conversion through cohort, retention, and segmentation analysis to identify growth opportunities 
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve product funnel and key product metrics. 
• Develop predictive models to forecast unit economics, analyze and optimize unit economics. 
• Process ad hoc requests from product and marketing teams, providing quick insights to support strategic decisions. 
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources. 
• Collaborate with developers to improve data and database structures. 

  Nice to have

• Experience with or strong interest in eSports / Dota 2: understanding of the gaming ecosystem, ranking systems (MMR), and Steam API integrations 
• Basic Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) for processing large datasets and automating routine tasks
