Your Future Responsibilities
- Conduct calls to uncover new opportunities and provide strategic consultations to warm leads, both inbound and qualified outbound.
- Perform preliminary account analysis using tools like Helium10, DataDive, or similar to identify key opportunities.
- Actively listen to clients, understand their pain points, and offer personalized solutions.
- Update and maintain the CRM system: lead statuses, notes, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the team, including PPC strategists and audit specialists, to prepare proposals.
- Proactively manage deals and help clients confidently move forward.
- Close deals and ensure clients feel confident in our ability to scale their businesses on Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B and eCommerce sales: Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy.
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
- Expertise in consultative sales, mid-market buying processes, and building long-term client relationships.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to identify and address real business challenges.
- Highly organized and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage time, processes, and responsibilities independently.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Amazon and TikTok Shop platforms.
- Previous experience selling agency services for Amazon.
- Understanding of Amazon KPIs, such as TACoS, ACOS, BSR, etc.
- Ability to perform basic analysis using tools like Helium10, DataDive, and Amazon Search Query Performance.
