Customer Support Representative (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Customer support via email, tickets, and phone for a variety of projects;
- Work with information concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints;
- Entering data into different CRM, other online tools, and cloud-based platforms;
- Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or Helpware.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in customer support;
- English level Upper-Intermediate +
- Multitasking;
- Ready for different work schedules.
