To support this growth, we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates to join us as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management Developer (Middle or Senior level).

Cooperation format & engagement:

• This is a full-time project-based engagement under a fixed-term contract for 12 months, including paid vacation, sick leave, and full integration into the project team.
• About the project: implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management for a large manufacturing enterprise in Ukraine. The project involves a wide range of tasks – from development across various system modules (financial, logistics, manufacturing) to integrations, optimization, data migration, and participation in Go‑Live activities.
• Extension of cooperation or transition to other projects is possible, subject to mutual interest and business needs.

Key stack: D365 F&SCM, Visual Studio, X++, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and customize functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM. 
• Collaborate with functional consultants to clarify requirements and design technical solutions. 
• Design and implement optimal algorithms to meet business and technical requirements. 
• Implement, refactor, and maintain X++ code. 
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, adherence to development standards, and best practices.
• Estimate development efforts and timelines for required modifications. 
• Optimize existing custom functionality to improve performance and maintainability. 
• Implement and support integrations between D365 F&SCM and other systems and applications.
• Perform data migration activities. 
• Support solution quality through testing and technical validation.
• Participate in Go-Live activities and provide post-implementation support. 

Qualification:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in D365 F&SCM or D365 F&O development (X++).
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in projects of ERP system implementation or support.
• Ability to work with functional requirements and technical documentation.
• Ukrainian language at a confident working level.

Soft skills: strong analytical thinking, the ability to work with complex tasks independently and in a team, and a commitment to high‑quality delivery.
