SAP S/4HANA Cross Functional Data Migration Lead

Overall Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the data migration execution for 1 or more SAP ERP Deployment Groups, according to the stablished project methodology

Support and guide Migration team members

Strong collaboration with E2E Process Teams and other stakeholders to make sure all migration activities are executed according to project timelines

Main Tasks

Lead data migration track for one or more SAPERP Deployment Groups

Refine data migration strategy

Design, plan and manage data migration process and migration cycles

Align migration schedule with test plan

Lead workshops with the different stakeholders

Support sites preparation and activities orchestration during roll outs, according to planed deployment groups

Oversee implementation of technical solution

Oversee and track migration activities

Secure validation of migration

Support data migration responsible in the execution of all the relevant migration activities for the assigned objects (from extraction to load)

Requirements:

•Over 6 years experience

•Hands on experience in three or more full cycle global SAP implementations, with good exposure to S/4HANA data migration, ideally in pharma environment

•Good understanding of the integration between several S/4HANA modules

•In-depth and hands-on knowledge of data migration activities with cross functional integration knowledge and previous experience in master data and transactional data migration

•End-to-End knowledge of ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load), with good understanding of ETL tools and options

•Advanced knowledge in Excel and Word

•Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

•Self-organized and autonomous, structured thinking

•Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication

•Good English communication skills

•Team player, able to share knowledge and support colleagues
