Sales Manager 

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will take over qualified leads, conduct calls with clients, and drive deals to closure across both outstaffing and outsourcing models.

This role is focused on communication, negotiation, and closing, rather than lead generation.

 

Responsibilities

โ€” Conduct discovery and sales calls with potential clients (EU / US markets)
โ€” Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions (outstaff / outsourcing)
โ€” Build strong relationships with decision-makers
โ€” Prepare commercial offers and participate in proposal discussions
โ€” Lead negotiations and close deals
โ€” Work closely with SDRs to convert qualified leads into opportunities
โ€” Maintain and manage the sales pipeline
โ€” Track performance metrics and conversion rates
โ€” Ensure smooth handover to delivery after deal closure

 

Requirements

โ€” 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development in IT services
โ€” Experience selling IT outsourcing / outstaffing services
โ€” Strong experience in client calls, negotiations, and deal closing
โ€” Understanding of the B2B sales process
โ€” Ability to identify client needs and match them with solutions
โ€” Strong communication and presentation skills
โ€” Experience working with EU / US markets
โ€” Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
โ€” English level: B2+ / C1
