About the role

We are looking for a network-driven Partnerships Manager to accelerate top-tier affiliate deals in iGaming.
This is a relationship-first role: you will open doors, build trust fast, and secure high-value partnership agreements with affiliates/publishers.

What you’ll do

  • Build and leverage your industry network to connect with top-tier affiliate partners.
  • Drive partnership negotiations and secure launches, placements and commercial agreements.
  • Represent the company at global iGaming events and maintain an active presence in the affiliate community.
  • Keep relationships warm through consistent follow-ups and regular partner touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with the internal affiliate team for execution, tracking and ongoing partner growth.

    What we’re looking for
  • Strong existing network in iGaming affiliates / publishers / media buying communities.
  • Excellent communication skills, confidence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly proactive personality: you follow up, push conversations forward, and get things done.
  • Comfortable with travel and event networking.
  • English fluency (additional languages are a plus).
