Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a "Mindful Salesperson" - someone who knows that the best deals aren’t forced, they are engineered through empathy and expertise!
We don’t just sell services; we help businesses in the US and EU markets flourish by solving their toughest challenges.
If you are a master of high-level communication who knows how to listen as well as you negotiate, we want you on our team.
What you’ll actually do:
- Be the scout and dig into LinkedIn, Upwork, and Clutch to find those "perfect match" clients. You’re the one making the first move.
- Master the 7 stages: You’ll handle the whole journey - from finding a lead -> popping the champagne when the deal is signed.
- You are able to listen to the client’s problems and requirements with the same attentiveness as you sell - beautifully and confidently. Your task is to quickly assess the client’s needs, propose possible solutions, and make them feel that they will be well taken care of.
- Craft real proposals: No generic copy-paste. You’ll tailor every offer to the client's specific tech stack and business goals.
- Keep the vibe alive ;) You’ll be the bridge between the client’s vision and our team’s execution.
What we’re looking for:
- You’ve done this before in IT. You know the US and EU markets aren't just names on a map, but different cultures with different ways of doing business.
- Your English is sharp (Upper-Intermediate +). You can joke, negotiate, and argue your point clearly.
- Negotiation & Listening is huge for us. You need to be a pro at persuasion, but an even bigger pro at active listening.
- You know your way around Upwork, LinkedIn, and CRMs, but you also know they’re just tools. It’s your strategy that matters.
