Middle Business Central Administrator

Job requirements

• 1-2 hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP solutions.
• Practical expertise in user and access administration, including permission sets, security roles, Entra ID, and MFA.
• Proven experience managing diverse system environments, spanning production, sandbox, and test stages.
• Demonstrated ability to handle user support requests independently and resolve system incidents effectively.
• Proficiency in system diagnostics, including log analysis, Job Queue management, and root cause error analysis.
• Foundational understanding of system integrations through API and OData protocols.
• Experience operating within professional ticketing frameworks, specifically Jira or Service Desk.
• Strong capacity to maintain technical documentation for system changes, configurations, and identified issues.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and propose technical improvements.
• English - Intermediate, Ukrainian - fluent.
