Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a proactive SDR who will help us grow our pipeline through consistent and high-quality outreach.
 

Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential leads (primarily via LinkedIn)

- Run outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, Reply.io, and email marketing tools

- Write personalized outreach messages and sequences

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

- Maintain and update CRM with accurate data

- Continuously optimize outreach campaigns and messaging

- Track performance and iterate based on results
 

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience as SDR / Lead Generation Specialist

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach

- Experience with Reply.io or similar outreach tools

- Experience with email marketing campaigns

- Strong written English (upper-intermediate or higher)

- Ability to write clear, personalized, and non-spammy messages

- Good research and analytical skills
 

Nice to have:

- Experience in IT / outsourcing companies

- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)

- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
