Senior Frontend Developer

At True Path Leads, we're building the next generation of performance marketing infrastructure. Our platform processes millions of events daily across a wide ecosystem of integrations and partner channels. We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who takes ownership of what they build — from architecture decisions to pixel-level details. You'll work closely with product and design to ship high-quality interfaces used by real people every day.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain complex, production-grade React apps with TypeScript.
• Develop embeddable, framework-agnostic widgets using native Web APIs and Shadow DOM.
• Design component libraries and UI systems that scale.
• Integrate with REST APIs and collaborate on API contracts with backend.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical roadmap decisions.
• Keep a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and browser compatibility.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of frontend development, at least 2 years in React.
• Deep JavaScript fundamentals — closures, event loop, prototype chain — you know what happens under the hood.
• Strong understanding of the browser rendering pipeline, Shadow DOM, and Web Components.
• Experience building third-party embeddable widgets or SDKs.
• TypeScript proficiency — types that actually help, not just satisfy the compiler.
• Solid HTML/CSS — complex layouts without reaching for a library.
• Clear communicator, works well in a distributed async team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Lottie / SVG animations and web animation APIs.
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools).
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Background in ad-tech, lead generation, or performance marketing platforms.
