A real estate agency in Bali is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join the team, with a clear career path to becoming a Real Estate Agent and an opportunity to relocate to Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing leads
• консультирование клиентов → Consulting clients on real estate properties
• Conducting negotiations and supporting deals end-to-end
• Maintaining client database and CRM
• Contributing to sales growth and process improvement

Requirements:

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Genuine interest in real estate and development
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset
• Result-oriented and responsible

Conditions:

• Fixed salary + bonus for following business processes and maintaining clean CRM (discussed during the interview, up to $600)
• Commission from sales (our experienced agents earn from $2000+)
• Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00—18:00 (Kyiv time)
