Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (Next.js and AI-Native Workflow / Claude Code)

Role Overview: We are looking for a forward-thinking Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join an innovative project built on an AI-first architecture. The system has been developed over the past year using "Vibe Coding" principles, with the founder architecting the flow and logic using Claude.
 

We need a professional engineer who can bridge the gap between AI speed and human engineering rigor. You will work alongside the founder to build new features, fix bugs where the AI reaches its limits, and ensure the project remains scalable and stable.

Technical Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js (Expert level), JavaScript (ES6+).
• Backend: Node.js.
• AI Integration: Deep experience with Anthropic Claude 3.5, and specifically Claude Code (CLI) or Cursor Agent mode.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Coolify (managing logs and deployments via CLI).
• Environment: Docker/Containers (Essential for maintaining a stable environment for Claude Code).

Requirements:

• Education: Academic Degree (B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering) – Mandatory.
• Experience: 2-3 years of professional Full Stack development.
• AI Workflow: At least 1 year of hands-on experience using AI coding agents in your daily professional workflow. You must be comfortable with the "AI-Native" way of building.
• English: Fluent/Upper-intermediate. Excellent communication and responsibility are non-negotiable.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to quickly understand existing logic, dependencies, and complex flows architected by AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founder to turn high-level AI-driven visions into production-grade features.
• Maintain and optimize the development environment using Docker to support Claude Code CLI.
• Identify and fix logical "hallucinations" or edge cases that AI tools might overlook.
• Manage deployments and monitor system health via Coolify and GCP.
• Refactor AI-generated code to maintain high architectural standards.
