Fullstack developer (Lead role)

The role 

We are looking for a lead or senior full-stack developer with a product-oriented mindset and a bias for delivery. This is a hands-on builder role — you will own features from prototype to production, set up AI agents and automations, and help define technical standards as we scale. 

You are the kind of engineer who does not leave a function messy, an edge case unchecked, or a system half thought-through. You think in outcomes, not just tickets. And you take pride in shipping things that actually work. 

What you will do 

• Prototype, test, and ship product features with speed and confidence 
• Build and own authorization layers and Stripe payment integration 
• Set up automations, agents, and internal tooling to accelerate delivery 
• Develop robust front-end and back-end features across the full stack 
• Integrate and deploy AI models in collaboration with the AI team 
• Make pragmatic technical decisions that support fast shipping and long-term maintainability 
• Own CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and system reliability 
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code 
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture built on ownership and quality 

What we are looking for 

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience (7+ for lead level) 
• Strong Python experience, preferably with BlackSheep 
• Strong JavaScript experience, preferably with Svelte or SvelteKit 
• Solid experience building HTTP/REST APIs 
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and Microsoft Azure 
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and version control 
• Experience with Stripe integrations 
• Experience building AI-native or SaaS platform architecture 
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows — Claude agents, OpenClaw, or building agents from scratch 
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and precision 
• Excellent written English
