Senior Node.js Full-Stack Developer

Our client transform back-of-house tech for the hospitality industry, replacing outdated processes with AI-driven solutions. This helps top hotel brands focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring efficient operations.

Key Requirements:

🔹 6+ years of full stack engineering experience;
🔹 Advanced proficiency in Node.js (5+ years) and at least 1 year of commercial experience with .NET (C#);;
🔹 Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript;
🔹Experience working with high-scale and distributed systems;
🔹 Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance engineering productivity, with specific hands-on experience using Claude Code;
🔹 Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis;
🔹 Familiarity with frameworks like Express, NestJS, or ASP.NET Core;
🔹 Solid understanding of system architecture, automated testing, and security best practices;
🔹 Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in cross-functional teams;
🔹 Willingness to work in a role split approximately 60% backend and 40% frontend, with around 70% focused on new feature development and 30% on maintenance/bug fixes, including participation in on-call duties after the onboarding period.
🔹 English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.


Will be plus:

🔹 Experience with microservices architecture, GraphQL, or serverless functions;
🔹 Exposure to mobile development (especially React Native) or AI -based features;
🔹 Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi);
🔹 Domain experience in hospitality, logistics, or supply chain tech;

What you will do:

🔹 Design, develop, and ship end-to-end features using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET (C#);
🔹 Build and optimize scalable APIs and backend services using SQL and NoSQL databases;
🔹 Own technical decisions around performance, security, maintainability, and code quality;
🔹 Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features;
🔹 Participate in and lead code reviews, design discussions, and DevOps improvements;
🔹 Mentor junior developers and help evolve our engineering best practices;
