Head of Revenue/Sales Growth
Overview
We are looking for a Head of Revenue & Sales Growth to take full ownership of our sales and outbound growth function and develop it into a structured, predictable, and scalable revenue engine.
The company already has solid foundations, but there is a strong opportunity to improve consistency, pipeline quality, and overall commercial performance. You will work directly with the senior leadership team, operating at the intersection of sales, delivery, and company strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a high-performing outbound system, improving conversion efficiency, and ensuring stable revenue growth through structured execution rather than ad-hoc sales activity.
Key Responsibilities
You will own and lead the full sales and outbound growth function, including:
- Building a structured and scalable sales and outbound system
- Defining ICPs, segmentation, and account prioritisation strategy
- Designing and managing outbound pipelines (email, LinkedIn, account-based outreach, sequencing, CRM workflows)
- Establishing feedback loops between lead generation, discovery, and closed deals to improve quality and conversion rates
- Leading and developing a small lead generation team (3 specialists), ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance
- Driving pre-sales activities, including opportunity discovery, estimation, and solution shaping with delivery and engineering teams
- Ensuring consistent deal flow and improving overall sales effectiveness
- Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Aligning sales activity with delivery capacity, financial constraints, and company priorities
- Building forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting systems for leadership decision-making
- Analysing performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and continuously improving execution
- Supporting account-based and targeted outbound initiatives where relevant
What Weβre Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles in B2B tech or IT services
- Proven experience improving or scaling outbound-driven sales functions
- Strong understanding of longer-cycle, relationship-based B2B sales processes
- Hands-on experience with pre-sales, estimation, and solution design
- Ability to operate effectively in constrained or fast-moving environments
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and execution
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with sales metrics and performance data
- Understanding of ICP design, segmentation, and account targeting strategies
- Experience with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
Strong English and Ukrainian communication skills
