Software Services manager

We are looking for a Software & Services manager to join our team!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT procurement, SaaS purchasing, software licensing, or vendor management
- Strong understanding of the software lifecycle: registration, license activation, subscription management, renewals, and deactivation
- Hands-on experience working with SaaS products, subscriptions, billing models, and payment workflows
- Experience negotiating with software vendors and service providers
- Ability to gather requirements from internal teams and find optimal software solutions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to maintain internal software asset records
- Upper-Intermediate English for communication with vendors (written and verbal)
Will be plus:
- Experience working in a global company or large IT holding
- Understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Software Lifecycle Management principles
- Experience working with contracts, SLAs, or legal documentation
- Familiarity with licensing models: Per-user, Per-seat, Usage-based, Enterprise plans, API-based billing
- Experience optimizing SaaS costs and analyzing license utilization
- Experience with tools like Atlassian, Figma Enterprise, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar corporate SaaS platforms
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of software and SaaS services: registration, onboarding, renewals, payments, and access control
- Search for and select tools based on the needs of internal teams (IT, product, marketing, design, analytics, etc.)
- Communicate with vendors, request quotes, negotiate pricing, and evaluate offers
- Handle purchasing, renewals, plan upgrades/downgrades, and subscription adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of software subscriptions and monitor expiration dates
- Optimize costs by identifying unused licenses, duplicate tools, or alternative solutions
- Process invoices and support finance teams in billing-related questions
- Support internal users: consulting, account creation, troubleshooting access issues
- Contribute to improving procurement workflows and internal IT purchasing processes
