The client is planning a compact project, which will be predominantly remote, in the areas of: 

  • E-Recruiting 
  • Learning Solution 
  • Talent Management 

   

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management. 
  • Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, and enhancements & extensions. 
  • Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms. 
  • Experience with SCORM and Learning optimization. 
  • Experience with SAP HCM Talent Management (incl. Performance Management, Talent Conferences). 
  • Integration experience (HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems). 
  • Experience with SAP Fiori. 
  • Nice to have: H4S4, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, Onboarding, SmartRecruiters โ€” certification is a plus; please specify project details and duration), SAP Integration Suite, Work Zone. 
  • Very good German (B2+) is mandatory. 
  • Recent hands-on development experience is expected.
