- 7+ years working in software development, 

- 3+ years of proven experience in leading and/or architect role in .NET/Azure environment, must be proficient AI user and implement it at work on daily basis

Role Summary 

The Engineering Lead will serve as the top technical decision maker, owning architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, vendor integrations, and team management. This is not a pure management position - the ideal candidate is a builder who can also lead. 

Core responsibilities include: 

Lead a distributed engineering team (outsourced Digis team in Ukraine and Poland + in house US based developer(s)) Own the technical architecture and make infrastructure decisions across Azure cloud services Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments (25 existing Azure Pipelines + GitHub Actions workflows) Deploy application updates Apple and Google app stores Drive the product roadmap from the engineering perspective Help manage vendor technical engineering relationships (Checkr, IDI Data, Vouched, GetStream, Stripe, Auth0) Resolve critical production issues and background MyTruDate and MyTruCheck data quality problems Report directly to the CEO and communicate engineering status to non- technical stakeholders
