Senior C# / .NET Developer with EDI

About the Role

We are building a full-scale, in-house EDI platform to power our logistics and transportation operations. This system is designed to handle high-volume EDI document exchange, including transformation, validation, and seamless integration with internal systems such as TMS, billing, and analytics platforms.

This is not a support or maintenance role — you will be directly involved in designing and building a mission-critical system from the ground up, with a strong focus on architecture, scalability, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop a robust EDI platform from scratch, defining architecture and core system components
• Implement EDI document processing pipelines (parsing, transformation, validation, mapping)
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems (TMS, billing, reporting/analytics) and external partners
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform under heavy data loads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions
• Contribute to technical decisions, standards, and long-term platform evolution

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET
• 3+ years of experience with ASP.NET Core
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with EDI
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and integration patterns
• Experience building high-load, data-intensive applications
• Ability to take ownership of features and drive them end-to-end
