Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design process for major product areas — from user research and discovery to wireframing, high-fidelity prototypes, and final delivery.
• Lead the creation of user-centered designs for player journeys, casino lobbies, game page interfaces, bonus pages, personal accounts, and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Stakeholders to turn business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to continuously improve the product experience.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and high usability across web and mobile platforms.
• Work with data and analytics to validate design decisions and optimize key metrics (conversion, retention, engagement, churn).
• Stay up-to-date with iGaming trends, responsible gaming principles, and emerging design practices (mobile-first, personalization, dark mode, etc.).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer, with at least 2–3 years in the iGaming industry (preferably online casino)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design work, preferably with examples from gambling/entertainment products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (primary tool) and other design tools
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, responsive/mobile-first design, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience designing complex user flows, gamification elements, payment & KYC journeys, and high-engagement interfaces.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and effectively present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher — excellent verbal and written communication (all documentation in English).
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform design decisions.
