FullStack (Perl)

We are looking for an experienced FullStack Developer with strong Perl expertise to join a team working on scalable web products in the hosting domain. You will contribute to high-load systems, influence architectural decisions, and help build and maintain core platform services.

There are two main groups of projects:

1. Domain management systems (domain registration, transfer, configuration)
2. Hosting platform & infrastructure (virtual machines, server management, user dashboard, hosting services)

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for new projects with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience
• Take ownership of deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
• Develop new features and maintain existing codebase (primarily in Perl)
• Work across the stack, including backend and frontend components
• Identify and fix bugs
• Document technical solutions
• Participate in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with the team to improve product functionality
• Take part in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as a FullStack Developer with strong expertise in Perl
- Experience with at least one additional language: Python / TypeScript / Bash (or similar)
- Experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications
- Strong experience with REST APIs
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Ability to work with both backend and frontend components
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)

Nice to have

- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of networking protocols: SSH, FTP, HTTP, DNS
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
