Partnership Manager (Outstaff, Mobile)

Role overview

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to systematically grow and manage our outstaff and white‑label partner ecosystem in EU/UK/US, with a strong focus on long‑term, recurring cooperation.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and onboard new partners: IT outstaff/outsource companies, digital/mobile agencies, product companies.
  • Run structured partner discovery: clarify their service portfolio, sales model, pricing approach and ideal customer profile.
  • Build joint offers and go‑to‑market scenarios (outstaff benches, white‑label delivery, referral schemes).
  • Maintain and grow existing partner accounts: regular business reviews, pipeline syncs, expansion of cooperation formats.
  • Coordinate incoming partner requests with internal PM/delivery to scope, estimate and launch projects.
  • Monitor partner performance: volumes, margins, conversion rates, average deal size, repeat business.
  • Keep partner data and activities up to date in Zoho CRM.

Ideal profile

  • 2+ years in Partnerships / Channel / Account Management in an IT services company (outstaff/outsource).
  • Practical experience working with EU/UK/US clients or partners.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage expectations on both sides.
  • Solid understanding of how mobile development projects are sold and delivered.
  • Comfortable working in a metric‑driven environment (pipeline, revenue, margin, retention).
