QA Architect – Quality Strategy and Test Automation Leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in test automation, QA architecture, or quality engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with automation frameworks for web (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and API (Postman, REST Assured).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6).
• Strong CI/CD integration skills (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, Java).
• Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Proven experience designing quality strategies for complex solutions.
• Curiosity about the development process — eager to understand how software is designed, implemented, and deployed to ensure quality from the start.
  Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
