Требования:

Менеджерское образование или экономическое (управление персоналом, управление знаниями) желательно Кузнеца;
Английский: обязательно от intermediate и выше;
Обязанности:
Помощь при составлении программы обучения;
Планирование обучения;
Мотивация людей, связанных с обучением;
Контроль людей, которые проводят обучение.
