Senior React Engineer

CrunchCode — міжнародна сервісна ІТ-компанія з досвідом близько 7 років у розробці вебсервісів і вебзастосунків. Ми працюємо у форматах staff augmentation (outstaff) та outsourcing і підключаємо спеціалістів до проєктів клієнтів у довгостроковій моделі співпраці.

Ми працюємо переважно з проєктами в доменах логістики (включно з last mile),e-commerce, fintech та банкінгу, а також enterprise-рішеннями.
Для нас важливо, щоб проєкт був “чистим” і зрозумілим з точки зору етики та цінності для користувачів.

Ми принципово не беремо проєкти, пов’язані з:
● gambling / гемблінгом,
● adult-контентом та порнографією,
● шахрайством або будь-якою розробкою, що спрямована на обман чи маніпуляції.

Requirements (Must-have):
- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, 5+ with React.
- Deep expertise in React ecosystem: hooks, context, state management, performance optimization.
- Strong ownership mindset - proactive, self-driven, accountable for outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable in English-speaking environments.
- Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute beyond pure coding.

Responsibilities:
- Lead frontend architecture decisions and drive technical vision for React-based products.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Take full ownership of frontend modules from design to delivery.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with react-query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing (Jest, Playwright).
- Experience in fast-paced, distributed teams.
