  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
  • Proficiency in English and Russian language. Portuguese/Spanish is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the iGaming industry, trends, products, markets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships
  • Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximise customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimising their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives
  • Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels
  • Be an ambassador for Dynabit Gaming, first point of contact for assigned customers, represent the company at industry and other relevant events
