Required: 
We are looking for a Lead Python Engineer with strong hands-on Azure Cloud experience and proven leadership background. This is not just a senior developer role - the client needs someone with real technical leadership exposure.

A major client in the digital consulting services space. The exact company name is not disclosed, but it is a large consulting / digital services business.

Requirements (Must-have):
- 5+ years of Python experience
- 4+ years of Azure experience
- Strong hands-on Azure C:loud experience is mandatory
- Leadership / people leadership experience is required
- Strong architecture and cloud-native background
- Good English, ideally C1 level
- What is most important for the client
- Azure must be the candidate’s strongest and most recent cloud experience
- AWS-first candidates are not suitable
- Azure DevOps alone is not considered strong Azure Cloud experience

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python solutions in Azure
- Architect and optimize cloud-native applications
- Work directly with stakeholders and client teams
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices
- Support delivery quality, governance, and technical decision-making
