About the role: We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will become a true "trusted advisor" and strategic partner for our key clients. This is not just a support role โ€” it is a position that directly impacts the operators' business growth and the company's revenue.

What you will do:

  • End-to-end B2B partner lifecycle management: from successful onboarding and integration to scaling and contract renewals.
  • Relationship management: build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders on the operator side.
  • Portfolio management: conduct regular Health Checks, hold Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and proactively drive Churn Prevention.
  • Account development (Ecosystem Adoption): Upsell and Cross-sell additional platform modules.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client operations.
  • Representation: attend industry conferences and conduct face-to-face client meetings across Europe.

Our expectations (Requirements):

  • Experience: Mandatory, proven experience in Account Management within the iGaming industry.
  • Background: Ideally, experience managing White Label projects from the B2B platform side. Experience working on the side of an iGaming operator (understanding the pain points and needs of a B2C business).
  • Seniority: Senior level. Proven ability to handle demanding B2B clients, confidently manage escalations, and lead complex commercial negotiations.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Location & Mobility: Remote, but you must have the ability and necessary travel documents (e.g., a valid visa/passport) for travel to EU countries for client meetings and industry conferences.
