About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of client acquisition and deal closure.

You will work directly with international clients, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

 

 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to close deals and work with revenue targets
  • Result-oriented mindset (focus on deals and performance)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English (B2+)

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle β€” from prospecting to closing
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities
  • Work with inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct client communication and negotiations
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Test and improve acquisition channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
