Fullstack Lead (martech)

We are looking for an Fullstack Team Lead β an experienced technical specialist who combines development expertise with marketing experience, and team management skills. This role is critical to our market growth: your decisions will shape how prospective students discover us, move through the purchase journey, and become part of Mate academy.
What makes this role exciting:
- End-to-end ownership: landing pages, funnels, payments, analytics.
- Building interactive growth products (custom forms, promos, experiments).

- Direct collaboration with marketing, product, and sales.
- You will directly impact how users discover Mate, go through funnels, and convert into students.
Required skills:
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology.
- Experience with React, Next.js.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing landing pages and marketing funnels.
- Leadership, mentoring experience, or willingness to develop in this direction.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, GrowthBook, Looker) and integrating payment providers (Stripe or similar)
- Experience supporting marketing events (webinars, marathons, product launches).
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and funnel analytics.
- Experience with headless CMS (Strapi) or landing page builders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and grow an acquisition team of 3 junior devs.
- Stay hands-on: build and optimize processes, integrations.
- Own technical decisions for acquisition systems.
- Standardize and scale landing page production .
- Improve analytics setup and tracking across all funnels.
- Bring structure to content systems (Strapi, landing builders).
- Implement AI best practices into team workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes.
