Working from an end-user perspective, we identify patterns, uncover gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that support product and business decisions.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a thoughtful and analytical professional to join our Product Intelligence team — someone who enjoys solving complex problems, learning continuously, and contributing to meaningful product outcomes. Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform hands-on testing of both hardware and software components in the laboratory by simulating real-world usage scenarios to evaluate usability, stability, performance, and overall product readiness from an end-user perspective
- Design and execute exploratory and structured test cases aligned with product requirements and business priorities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from testing, competitive, and market insights to evaluate product behavior, identify usability gaps, performance issues, and risks, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Perform competitive intelligence and monitor market trends, competing products, and emerging technologies
- Retrieve data from multiple internal and external sources; aggregate and synthesize findings into clear, structured summaries
- Analyze user feedback and support data to validate findings and support prioritization
- Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys to uncover friction points and areas for improvement
- Create clear, structured reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with internal product roadmaps, updates, and documentation to ensure alignment with the latest specifications
- Adhere to internal security protocols when handling confidential or proprietary hardware and software
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
- Experience with cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, Mac, PC)
- Ability to analyze data to support business decisions
- Familiarity with technical platforms and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
- Research interpretation and comprehension skills
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making
Nice to have
- Experience with UX/UI testing with a focus on business objectives
- Familiarity with open-source research methodologies
