QA Engineer

We're looking for a QA Engineer to be the quality backbone across both customer deployments and product development. You'll work alongside our Solutions Engineers to verify every customer setup before it goes live, and with our product team to test new features before they ship. A big part of this role is testing AI voice agents - actually calling them, listening to how they respond, and catching issues in tone, timing, and conversation flow.
The Role: QA Engineer
You will:
- Test customer deployments end-to-end before launch: make live test calls to AI voice agents, verify call flows, check inbound/outbound campaign configurations
- Evaluate voice agent quality - pronunciation, response timing, conversation logic, objection handling, edge cases (background noise, interruptions, unexpected questions)
- Test new product features alongside the engineering team - both UI and backend
- Identify, document, and track bugs in Linear with clear reproduction steps and call recordings where relevant
- Build and maintain test scripts and checklists for repeatable customer launch QA
- Help establish QA processes and standards as the team grows - you'll be the first dedicated QA hire
- Build AI Agents that will do all the work you don't like :)
This is a creative, technical, and analytical role.
What We're Looking For

You might be the right person if you:
- 2+ years in QA, testing, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a natural instinct for finding edge cases
- Comfortable testing conversational AI - you'll spend a meaningful part of your day talking to voice agents and evaluating their responses
- Good spoken English (B2+ level) - you need to test English (Spanish) -speaking voice agents and spot when something sounds off
- Familiar with bug tracking tools (we use Linear)
- Self-organized and able to juggle multiple testing streams - customer launches and product releases often happen in parallel
Bonus points for:
- Experience testing voice, telephony, or conversational AI products
- Background in VoIP/SIP or call center technology
- Basic scripting skills (Python, JS) for test automation down the road
Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM integrations
