QA Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead who will build quality assurance processes from scratch, define the QA strategy, and ensure consistent product quality. This role combines strong strategic ownership with hands-on involvement in testing at the early stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct an audit of the current QA processes

• Develop and implement a QA strategy

• Build testing processes from scratch

• Design and set up testing pipelines in GitLab CI/CD

• Select and implement a stack for E2E and API automated testing

• Integrate quality checks into CI/CD pipelines

• Create and maintain test documentation

• Participate in manual and automated testing at the initial stage

• Hire, onboard, and grow the QA team

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in QA, including Senior or Team Lead roles

• Proven experience building QA processes from scratch

• Strong understanding of API testing

• Experience testing frontend applications (Next.js is a plus)

• Understanding of backend architecture (PHP)

• Hands-on experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD

• Experience with Postman / Swagger

• Practical experience with E2E frameworks (Playwright or Cypress)
