About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead end-to-end development of an AI-enabled toolkit for software teams. You will design and implement scalable backend services on AWS, build interactive front-end components with React and TypeScript, and create IDE plugins that embed AI assistants into coding workflows. You will address challenges such as parsing large codebases, optimizing performance under high load, and ensuring reliable automated testing and deployment. The role offers broad ownership, direct impact on product direction, and close collaboration with AI engineers and product specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable backend services on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi).
• Optimize cloud-based solutions for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Design and develop interactive UI components and maintain a shared component library in React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain IDE plugins and development tools that integrate generative AI assistants.
• Parse and analyze large existing codebases to enable autonomous feature generation and validation.
• Integrate AI models into development pipelines to automate routine tasks and accelerate delivery.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and code review processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, automation specialists, and product teams to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt AI-powered developer tools to improve workflow efficiency and code quality.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with significant front-end expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Strong backend development skills on AWS with hands-on experience in cloud architecture and IaaC tools (Terraform or Pulumi).
• Proven SQL proficiency and relational database design, including manual query optimization beyond ORM usage.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and modern development workflows.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript internals, frontend architecture patterns, and component-driven development.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Cloud Code).
• Fluent English: verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in early-stage or high-velocity startup environments, demonstrating ownership and adaptability.
