Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will take ownership of key internal processes and help drive efficiency across the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business and can independently manage important operational tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage and coordinate recruiting processes (candidate sourcing, screening, communication)
• Support sourcing efforts for clients and internal needs
• Prepare presentations and business materials
• Oversee and organize company content (documents, internal knowledge, marketing materials)
• Take ownership of various operational and administrative tasks
• Improve and optimize internal workflows and processes
• Collaborate closely with leadership on high-priority initiatives
