Junior QA Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior QA Specialist with initial hands-on experience in product testing. This role is ideal for someone who already understands QA fundamentals and wants to further develop their skills in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product testing (functional, regression, exploratory) across web and mobile environments
• Identify, document, and track bugs in Jira with clear and structured reproduction steps
• Verify bug fixes and validate new features before release
• Work with test cases and checklists, and contribute to keeping them up to date
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure issues are clearly understood and resolved
• Pay strong attention to detail and identify potential usability and UX issues
• Help maintain organized and accurate bug tracking and QA documentation

Requirements

• 6–12 months of hands-on QA experience (commercial, internship, or strong pet projects)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even subtle issues
• Basic understanding of QA methodologies and testing types (functional, regression, etc.)
• Experience with bug tracking tools (preferably Jira)
• Ability to clearly document issues and communicate findings
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• English level: Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have (not required)

• Experience testing web-based products
• Familiarity with Hotjar or similar tools
• Basic understanding of user behavior, funnels, and conversions
• Experience with iGaming or crypto products
• Exposure to test automation tools (as a plus)
