Junior QA Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior QA Specialist with initial hands-on experience in product testing. This role is ideal for someone who already understands QA fundamentals and wants to further develop their skills in a fast-paced product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform product testing (functional, regression, exploratory) across web and mobile environments
- Identify, document, and track bugs in Jira with clear and structured reproduction steps
- Verify bug fixes and validate new features before release
- Work with test cases and checklists, and contribute to keeping them up to date
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure issues are clearly understood and resolved
- Pay strong attention to detail and identify potential usability and UX issues
- Help maintain organized and accurate bug tracking and QA documentation
Requirements
- 6โ12 months of hands-on QA experience (commercial, internship, or strong pet projects)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even subtle issues
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies and testing types (functional, regression, etc.)
- Experience with bug tracking tools (preferably Jira)
- Ability to clearly document issues and communicate findings
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- English level: Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have (not required)
- Experience testing web-based products
- Familiarity with Hotjar or similar tools
- Basic understanding of user behavior, funnels, and conversions
- Experience with iGaming or crypto products
- Exposure to test automation tools (as a plus)
