We are a fast-growing fintech company building solutions around virtual cards and payment infrastructure for B2B clients.
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead / Senior Sales Manager who will combine hands-on sales with team coordination.
This role is responsible for both closing deals personally and driving the performance of the sales and lead generation team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, AdTech or affiliate industry is a strong advantage
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team (1β2+ people)
- Strong focus on sales metrics: pipeline, conversion rates, revenue
- Ability to quickly understand new products and adapt sales pitch
- Experience working with CRM systems
- English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations with key clients (media buying, affiliate, SaaS, AdTech sectors)
- Manage deals from the first contact to signing (typical sales cycle: up to 3 weeks)
- Grow existing clients through upsell and cross-sell
- Achieve personal sales targets and ensure the team delivers overall revenue goals
- Coordinate sales managers and lead generation specialists
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, analyze deals and identify weak points in the pipeline
- Onboard new team members (product knowledge, tools, processes)
- Maintain a clean and structured CRM
- Report weekly to Head of Business Development (pipeline, conversion, revenue, bottlenecks)
- Analyze funnel performance and suggest improvements
- Build monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts
- Quickly adapt the sales approach when new products are launched
Nice to have
- Understanding of the fintech/payments market
- Experience with cold outreach
- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, Instantly or similar tools
- Experience working with affiliate, media buying, or performance marketing clients
- Experience in multi-product companies
