Manual QA

We are pleased to announce a career opportunity for a Middle Manual QA Engineer.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies, exhibit the ability to perform effectively within Agile development environments, and possess proven experience in testing web-based applications. 
 

Job requirements
 

• 2-3 years of manual testing experience in web applications
• Solid knowledge of test design techniques: boundary values, equivalence classes, pairwise testing
• Understanding of client-server architecture and how web applications interact with backend APIs
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing using Postman, DevTools, or similar tools
• Practical SQL skills: SELECT queries, filtering, and basic data verification
• Proficiency with Git, bug tracking systems (Jira or similar), and documentation tools (Allure or similar)
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and design test cases independently
• English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation

Nice to Have
 

• Basic scripting or test automation skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java)
• Experience testing VoIP/telephony systems (Asterisk, softphones, call routing)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and where QA fits in the release process
   

Job responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and specifications, identify ambiguities and risks early in the development cycle
• Design, document, and execute test cases for the CRM web application and backend API
• Verify end-to-end workflows: call handling via Asterisk, message delivery through Telegram/WhatsApp
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing
• Create and maintain test plans, test documentation, and bug reports
• Review application logs to support defect investigation and reporting
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to clarify requirements and ensure release quality
