About the role

We are looking for a QA Manual Trainee / Junior to join our team and ensure quality across real production e-commerce systems.

You will test real customer journeys — from product browsing to checkout, payment, and order fulfillment — working with web apps, CRM, and API integrations.

This role is ideal for someone starting a QA career and willing to grow in a product-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications (e-commerce platforms)
• Test full user flows:
  catalog → product → cart → checkout → payment
• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Validate API integrations (orders, tracking, vendor responses)
• Create and maintain test cases and checklists
• Report and track bugs (ClickUp)
• Verify fixes and perform re-testing

• Participate in sprint activities (planning, demo, regression)

   

What You Will Be Testing

• Product catalog and filters
• Product pages (UI/UX, content)
• Cart & checkout flow
• Payment and delivery logic (ZIP, cut-off time)
• API integrations with vendors
• Email notifications
• Mobile responsiveness

• CRM system

   

Requirements

Must have:

• Basic QA knowledge (SDLC, test cases, bug lifecycle)
• Understanding of web applications
• Basic manual testing / bug reporting experience
• Strong attention to detail

• English: Intermediate+

   

Nice to have:

• E-commerce flow understanding
• API testing (Postman)
• DevTools (Network tab)
• Basic SQL
• Agile/Scrum knowledge
