About the role
We are looking for a BDR responsible for lead generation and attracting advertisers in the mobile marketing space across the LATAM region. This is an outbound-focused role: high volume of communication, fast-paced environment, and strong results orientation.
Responsibilities:
• Lead generation via outbound (cold outreach)
• Searching for and acquiring advertisers
• Building and maintaining a contact database
• High-volume communication (LinkedIn, messengers, etc.)
Compensation:
• Base salary: $1000–2000 (higher for strong candidates)
• Bonuses: ~$500 on average
• Individual terms possible for:
- candidates with strong LATAM connections
- BDM-level candidates
Must-have:
• Spanish and/or Portuguese – required
• English – working proficiency
• High activity level and initiative
• Structured thinking
Nice to have:
• Experience in mobile marketing / affiliate / performance marketing
• Experience working with LATAM
• Own contact database
