QA Engineer (Manual + AI)

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual + AI-focused) to join a long-term project for our client.

The product is a privacy-first secure messenger with a strong focus on security, data privacy, and real-time communication.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid manual QA background who is already using AI tools in their daily work and wants to grow into automation.

What you will do

• Perform manual testing (E2E, API, integrations)
• Write test cases, test plans, and specifications
• Work with product requirements and validate complex flows
• Test real-time features and edge cases
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, etc.) for:
  • test case generation
  • writing specs
  • exploratory testing
• Collaborate closely with developers and PM
• Gradually contribute to test automation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA
• Strong manual testing background
• Experience with API testing (REST, Postman, etc.)
• Experience writing test documentation and specs
• Practical experience using AI tools in QA workflows
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• English - Intermediate+

Nice to have

• Basic experience with automation (Playwright / Cypress / API tests)
• Experience with mobile apps or real-time systems
• Experience with Charles / logs / debugging tools
